Originally from Western Australia, Richard Colless has worked in the financial services industry in Australia and the United Kingdom for over 30 years. He is the Chairman of ING Management Ltd.

Richard joined the Board of the Sydney Swans in 1993, and in 1994 was appointed Chairman. He is the longest serving AFL Chairman/President currently in office. He co-authored the review of the development of Australian Football in NSW/ACT in 1997 and in 1998 was appointed Chairman of the AFL (NSW/ACT) Commission, a position he held until 2002.

Richard Colless is a Director of Events NSW and also a Director of the Sydney Australian Football Foundation.

Jason Ball is a two-time premiership player. He was drafted to the West Coast Eagles in October 1991 and played 103 games from 1992 to 1999 - including the 1994 premiership winning Grand Final. In 1998, he married Jane Pilbeam at Christ Church Grammar before being traded to the Sydney Swans for picks 11 and 38.

Jason joined Macquarie Bank as a private client retail stockbroker in January 2000. His first child Zachariah Jace Ball was born in May 2000 and 22 months later Jane gave birth to identical twins Mattison Shae and Mckenzie Grace.

Jason retired from the Sydney Swans after the 2005 season, finishing with a second premiership medal and he joined Macquarie full time in October 2005. He also joined the Swans coaching staff, mentoring young players for 2006 before becoming a member elected Sydney Swans board member for a term of three years beginning in March 2007.

Robert Campbell has held executive positions in television management and production since the early ‘70s, including being the CEO of the Seven Network and Chairman of the Film Finance Corporation.

Today, he is a shareholder and Executive Director of television production company Screentime.

Andrew McMaster is originally from Temora in the Riverina and has been a member of the Club since 1982. He is a senior audit partner at KPMG. His professional expertise and energy during the darkest days of the Club in the early ‘90s are still well remembered by all involved at that time.

He is Chairman of the Audit Committee. He is also a Trustee of the Bradman Museum in Bowral.

Rob Morgan graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University. His business career started at General Motors and after a short period he moved to A.C. Nielsen in market research.

His advertising career began at Monahan Dayman Adams (now Mojo) and after three years there he joined Clemenger in 1979 in account management. He was appointed a Director of the Company in 1984. In 1989, he was appointed Managing Director of Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, and in 1998, he became Executive Chairman of the Clemenger Communications Group, the largest advertising and marketing communications group in Australia and New Zealand.

 Rob is also a Director of Opera Australia, and was appointed to the Sydney Swans Board in 2004.

Greg Paramor is a director of a number of not-for-profit organisations, including the Garvan Institute of Medical Research and the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Greg Paramor joined the Sydney Swans board just in time for the 2008 season.

Robert Pascoe was born in Melbourne in 1962 and educated at Scotch College and Monash University in Melbourne. His career background has been predominantly in marketing and business development and in 2001, he left his role as a General Manager at Visy Industries to establish a joint venture company with Richard Pratt, the chairman and owner of Visy Industries.

Robert is the Managing Director and largest shareholder of this company, Visy Closed Loop, which specialises in the marketing and management of packaging and recycling programs to organisations such as Qantas Airlines, Prince of Wales Hospital, Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix and the Australian Open tennis, to name a few. The company has offices in Melbourne and Sydney and has recently established operations in London, Hong Kong and Singapore. 

Robert has an interest in flying and also owns an aerial photography business in Melbourne. He is a member of the advisory Board for the Banksia Environmental Foundation and part-owns an event management company.

Married to Fiona, they have 5-year-old twins, Amelia and Louis. Robert is a keen tennis player, ordinary golfer and has been a passionate and active supporter of the Swans all his life.

Andrew moved to Sydney from Adelaide in 1988. He was educated at Rostrevor College and completed a degree at the University of South Australia, majoring in Property.

Andrew is well known in Australian business circles, having previously held the positions of Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance and Global Head of Property at international investment bank UBS Warburg.

Andrew joined the Swans board in 2002 following his return to Australia after a couple of years living in London and Singapore. Andrew is Executive Chairman of Investment Banking at JPMorgan Australasia. He is also Deputy Chairman of the Sydney Australian Football Foundation.

Lynn has worked in the private sector (15 years in funds management, including 4 years as CEO of the Investment and Financial Services Association), the not-for-profit sector (6 years as General Manager of Sydney Dance Company) and the public sector (as Deputy Chairman of the Australian Securities Commission 1993–97).

In 2002, she founded Cameron Ralph P/L (along with Alan Cameron), a firm which assists boards to improve their performance.  She lectures and writes regularly on corporate governance.

She is currently a Director of Babcock & Brown Direct Investment Fund, the Sydney Swans, and The Sydney Institute.  She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a member of the St James Ethics Centre, and the Rotary Club of Sydney.  

Lynn has previously been Chairman of the AMP Foundation, Chairman of the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust, and  a Director of NRMA Limited, NRMA Insurance Limited,  the Financial Industry Complaints Service, Chunky Move Ltd, the Australian Choreographic Ensemble, and  AFL (NSW/ACT) Commission.
