Request to Move Seats
Season ticket holders who wish to change their reserved seating allocation should return the following form to the Club by 17 December 2009.
Please ensure you include:
- Application to Move Form
- Your Membership Renewal Notice
- The appropriate payment amount
If the area you request is available, your application and payment will be processed immediately. Should the area you request be initially unavailable, your existing seats will be put on hold until after the cut-off date for renewals (21 January) when more seats will become available through non-renewal. Should no seats within your parameters become available, you will be placed back in your existing seats.
Please provide as much information as you like about your requirements. Should you be unable to fit the information on the form please feel free to attached a detailed covering letter.
The Club will make every effort to accommodate all requests but will not phone members about options when they become available so please be clear about your preferences when you submit your form.

Application to Hold Seats
Season ticket holding memberss can put their seat(s) on hold for a maximum of 12 months only by completing the attached form. Holding members are required to pay a holding fee;
$100 per seat for adult/concession – which includes a Premier membership
$75 per seat for squadron – which includes a Crows Nest membership
Seats placed on hold will be sold as daily tickets for season 2010, and then returned to the existing member as a renewal for season 2011.
