DR DREAM Team had another good score in round six, while Mr Fantasy, the AFL Record’s Toyota AFL Dream Team expert, has been sitting out the multi-bye rounds waiting for league games to recommence.

Dr Dream Team: Mr Fantasy, we're back into league games this week so your boys must be ready for a challenge after having a three-week holiday in Byron Bay sipping drinks at the Beach Hotel and getting a tan while playing bocce?

Mr Fantasy: I'm actually surprised by my tan. It has come up a treat. My boys will be fit and firing this week, but I think my association with Cameron Bruce is over. I can't carry him on the bench for four-to-six weeks. Any suggestions?

Dr DT: Yep, your love for Bruce has receded as quickly as his hairline did over summer. Is it worth maybe downgrading Bruce to Matt Suckling from the Hawks for $296,300? Or perhaps you could downgrade even further to someone like Shaun McKernan ($170,000) and use the cash elsewhere?

Mr F: Suckling looks good because the Hawks use him as often as possible thanks to that raking left foot. I see Petrie seems to be living up to his ability. I believe you almost traded him out a few weeks back.

Dr DT: You're right, I almost did, but I managed to bite my trading tongue and leave him in, and have reaped the rewards. I've made a few trades of late to capitalise on sides - like yours - which have taken a holiday in the last three to climb up the overall ladder. But now Collingwood has the bye this round. I'm shocked to see you only have two Magpies (Scott Pendlebury and Andrew Krakouer) in your side.

Mr F: Just like a great hurdler, I've timed my run well. Pendlebury is a big loss for me, but I've got great cover on the bench and will trade in another top-liner with some spare coin in the bank this week. Any thoughts on Nathan Foley joining your side? Forty touches last week suggests he's back.

Dr DT: Not interested in Foley. I'm not usually a negative person but I think 40 possessions for 123 points means he isn't going to be scoring many 100s this year. I'm thinking of getting Matty Boyd back in the next few weeks as my fifth premium middfielder. With him, Paul Chapman up forward, and another premium defender I reckon I'll be set.

Mr F: Set for another dismal Grand Final performance you mean? You're probably right on Foley, but he is fairly priced. I watched Chapman
live against the Hawks. You quickly realise why he's such a great scorer. Such a smart footballer.

Dr DT: He's very good. I have a question for you. What was worse on Friday night: the Queen's inability to smile at her grandson's wedding, or
Bryce Gibbs tagging Adam Goodes out of the game? I'm leaning towards
Gibbs' effort.

Mr F: More importantly, I thought Kate and Pippa were BOG on Friday night. I must thank Gibbs for keeping Goodes affordable for another week. You've got to love a tag!

Dr DT: I didn’t love the tag; it cost me big points for both players. As for the wedding of the millennium - I reckon Harry would have been BOG in the after-party, but we’ll leave it at that. In Dream Team circles, I’m the one in party mode and may it continue.
