Win $50,000 in the NAB AFL Fantasy Dream Team competition

February 8, 2013 4:02 PM

THE WINNER of this year's NAB AFL Fantasy NAB Dream Team competition will pocket $50,000 and have a Grand Final day experience they will never forget.

With a whole new world of AFL Fantasy upon us in 2013, this year's prizes have also taken the stakes to a new level.

The 'Ultimate Grand Final Day' will consist of two tickets to the North Melbourne Grand Final breakfast, two reserved seats for the game, exclusive access to the ground to watch the Grand Final sprint, and entry into the AFL Centre Square for the post-game party.

Weekly prizes will return, with the highest scorers of every round awarded a double pass to the game of their choice (excluding Anzac Day and finals), a Sherrin football and merchandise pack valued at $50.

In case you missed it, we've already announced a new-look AFL Fantasy competition to run this year, with AFL Fantasy Elite and AFL Fantasy Match Day being introduced.

But you're still able to play your old favourite Dream Team competition, if not for a few new rules to make things more exciting.

This year you can make two trades every week, on a 'use them or lose them' basis.

Team selection will be easier with the green dot reappearing to tell coaches which players have been picked in AFL teams, while an extra emergency gives coaches cover on every line of the ground.

If you haven't already signed up, now is the time.

Prizes will also return for the eliminator league and for the top weekly scorer of the season as in previous years.
