As the Australian Football League's newest team, the Greater Western Sydney GIANTS are embarking on an exciting journey both on and off the field. On field, the team is quickly gaining credibility as it becomes competitive and its players (some of whom are destined to become future stars of the competition) gain valuable experience. Off field, the club's exciting, innovative and fresh brand is growing as it engages with members, fans, the community and key stakeholders across Greater Western Sydney, Canberra and nationally. The GIANTS are based at their new, elite training and administration facility in Olympic Park. 

As a key member of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for sales and administrative support for the Corporate Hospitality Sales Manager. In time you will also have your own suite of relationships that you will own and manage. (e.g. The Giants Women's coterie, Player Sponsors/Partners). 

You will have a proven track record in administrative support and stakeholder/relationship management. You will also have strong attention to detail, an ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines, and the people skills to work collaboratively with your immediate team, the wider commercial team and across the business. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Build and Manage the GIANTS corporate database 
  • Process Corporate hospitality sales 
  • Manage all GIANTS signage requirements at both Spotless Stadium and StarTrack Oval Canberra 
  • Build and Maintain all GIANTS sales collateral 
  • Maintain regular communication with corporate hospitality partners including the GIANTS fortnightly corporate hospitality EDM 
  • Monitor weekly sales targets 
  • Assist the sales team with following hospitality leads and cold calling prospective clients 
  • Assist with the relationship management of key GIANTS corporate groups including coterie and player partners
