WITH $1000 up for grabs for each final, and $3000 on offer for the Grand Final, the NAB AFL Fantasy Match Day competition is the quickest way to beat a path to glory.

Our resident Fantasy expert Ben Guthrie picks out his best seven players for the two semi-finals and makes the crucial call on who is best placed to earn double-points as your skipper.

Geelong v North Melbourne, Friday September 12, 7.50pm at the MCG

AFTER almost seeing his team booted out of the finals, Boomer Harvey is sure to return with a vengeance against Geelong this week. Harvey averaged a tick under 100 Fantasy points per game during the season, so you can count on him having a point to prove on Saturday night. Again Selwood gets the nod as captain and the Tomahawk will bounce back in a big way. Put him down for six goals plus. Sir Jimmy will continue his stellar finals form, while Boris Enright will be much improved against the Roos. Expect Goldy to take Mark Blicavs forward at every opportunity and make him defend deep.

Fremantle v Port Adelaide, Saturday September 13, 5.45pm at Patersons Stadium

Boak was phenomenal in Sunday's elimination final against Richmond and I can see him turning it on once again at Patersons Stadium on Saturday night. Fyfe is a superstar, so he is an automatic selection. Wingard and Gray are the two most damaging high half-forwards in the League, so there's no question they deserve their place. Expect Ibbotson to play as the loose man in defence again after achieving success in that role against the Swans, while Duffield will pick up plenty of freebies across half-back. As good as Matthew Lobbe has been this season, Big Sandi will dictate terms in the ruck.
