The People and Culture Coordinator is part of a small team who provide quality HR services to our great Club. As the People and Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with a full range of people and culture activities, whilst providing high quality customer service and support to the departments across the club. You will be a true generalist having experience across a range of HR related activities including end-to-end recruitment process, inductions, contracts and admin support, OHS and wellbeing, work cover, policies, knowledge of Modern Awards and Fair Work Act and other related tasks that will arise.

Having 2-3 years’ experience in a small/medium sized business would be ideal and a degree in HR or related field would be favourable.
