ADELAIDE midfielder Rory Sloane has agreed to pay a $1000 fine for engaging in rough conduct for his late bump to Kane Mitchell's head in Saturday's clash at Adelaide Oval.

Sloane, who has no bad record, would have been able to accept a reprimand under the 2014 table of offences.

Port's Aaron Young also accepted a $1000 payout for attempting to trip Crow Richard Douglas, while Giants Devon Smith and Callan Ward, and Swans Lewis Jetta and Rhyce Shaw all agreed to the fines imposed for their part in a melee in Sunday's match between the Harbour city rivals.

As a result the tribunal will not sit on Tuesday night.
