Purpose:

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to new and existing members and supporters of the club. Accountable for customer service, sales and retention these positions will be a key part of the front line member and supporter experience.

Reports to:

  • Membership Team Leader

Responsibilities:

Membership Renewals

  • Process new membership and renewals through the Clubs CRM (Archtics)
  • Ensure all inbound phone calls are answered efficiently and call wait times are minimal
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Identify and escalate priority issues

Inbound and Outbound Membership Sales and Retention Activities

  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Outbound sales calls to non-renewed members
  • Identify prospects to upgrade membership packages over the phone and renewal forms

Data Integrity

  • Responsibility to ensure that all member and supporter details are correctly entered or updated in our database through touch point interactions

Skills and Experience:

  • Telemarketing experience
  • 2 years demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in membership sales and or telephone sales and service
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship databases (Archtics) and MS Word, Excel and Outlook
