Following on from last year, where the AFL Umpiring Department managed the umpiring program for the first time, National Talent Pathway field umpires will officiate at the National Youth Girls in Mandurah, Western Australia from Sunday May 3.

10 umpires from throughout Australia will come together to officiate in all matches of the Championships. They will be supported by boundary and goal umpires from WA’s district umpiring ranks.

The AFL Umpiring Department utilises these Championships as an early identifier for future talent as well as an opportunity to develop the talented umpires in a high performance environment.
