Ladder seeks a full-time Program Coordinator to help young people at risk of or experiencing homelessness to successfully transition to independence.  This role is located at Hoddle Street, Collingwood and provides an excellent opportunity to be part of a strong and motivated team.

The role is focused on working with young people to develop the skills they need to succeed in life.  The role is responsible for the delivery of coaching and planning sessions, facilitating group sessions and providing health and wellbeing sessions. This position works within the context of a team involving a range of key stakeholders.

These activities occur in partnership with Melbourne City Mission, who provide case management services and Yarra Community Housing who provide tenancy management services.  The role requires a close working relationship with our partners.

Ladder’s strength-based approach in developing positive, professional relationships with young people provides them the opportunity to engage in all facets of the Ladder Development Program. Flexible working hours are required at times to best suit the availability of young people.

Working with Children Check, National Police Security Check and Driver’s licence are required.
