CARLTON forward Levi Casboult is on his last chance with the Match Review Panel after being charged with rough conduct for the second straight week.

Casboult has accepted a $1500 fine for engaging in rough conduct on St Kilda defender Shane Savage in the first quarter of Sunday's clash at Etihad Stadium.

It follows a rough conduct charge in round 11 for a blow to the body of Brisbane Lions' midfielder Mitch Robinson, drawing a $1000 fine.

If Casboult is found guilty of another low-level offence this season he will automatically be suspended for one match.

The full MRP statement for round 12

The MRP handed out $4500 in fines across round 12, with no players suspended for just the third time in a round this season.

Adelaide captain Taylor Walker has been charged with striking West Coast midfielder Luke Shuey and has accepted a $1000 fine.

The star forward punched the midfielder in the stomach in the second quarter of Saturday night's clash at Domain Stadium, with his hit graded careless with low impact to the body.

Fremantle ruckman Zac Clarke has also accepted a $1000 fine for striking Brisbane Lions midfielder Nick Robertson, with his hit graded careless and low impact to the head.

North Melbourne defender Scott Thompson has accepted a $1000 fine for striking Geelong forward Shane Kersten. His hit was graded intentional conduct with low impact to the body.

Geelong's Lincoln McCarthy was cleared for the dangerous tackle that left North Melbourne captain Andrew Swallow concussed.

While McCarthy lifted Swallow in the tackle, the MRP said he had taken him to ground in one continuous motion and Swallow had turned in the tackle to try and release a handball.

The Panel said Swallow's concussion occurred because of circumstances outside the control of McCarthy when his head hit the turf.

St Kilda defender Jimmy Webster was also cleared by the MRP after charging into a pack and making forceful contact to Carlton's Jed Lamb.

The MRP said Webster mistimed his approached and made contact to both Lamb and Patrick Cripps, but he had his eyes on the ball at all times.
