GOLD Coast recruit Pearce Hanley will take over the No.1 jumper at the Suns left vacant by Jaeger O'Meara.

O'Meara sought a trade to Hawthorn after not playing a senior game since 2014.

Defender Kade Kolodjashnij has ditched No.28 in favour of No.10, which was previously worn by new Tiger Dion Prestia.

Former Pie Jarrod Witts will don No.28, while Jarryd Lyons, who was traded in from Adelaide, has picked No. 25.

Former Fremantle midfielder Michael Barlow, who was signed as a delisted free agent earlier this month, is yet to choose a number. He wore No. 21 at the Dockers but Jack Leslie has that jumper at the Suns.

Jesse Lonergan (previously No.37) has taken over the No.7 worn by Nick Malceski last year, while Brayden Fiorini has moved from No.29 to No.8.
