The Fremantle coach on Harley Bennell, Nat Fyfe and fairy bread

AFL Media's Ask The Coach series continued with Fremantle coach Ross Lyon taking fan questions from Facebook on Thursday.

Lyon, entering his sixth year as Dockers coach, is looking to improve on last season's disastrous four-win season.

He answered a range of fans' questions, giving an update on Harley Bennell's calf injury and some light-hearted thoughts on fairy bread.
