We are currently looking for Retail Assistants to assist the Carlton retail store, online and event sales and licensed merchandise program. This position/s will be casual.
Reporting to the Retail and Merchandise Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with our large supporter base and will be charged with using our strong brand to deliver a unique shopping experience for our fans.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Assisting in the day-to-day operations to deliver an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
- Retail store sales across multiple avenues including; stock movements and control, and customer service within a high-paced environment.
- Adhering to a marketing plan and sales strategy across all avenues including in-store, online and event days.
Successful candidates will have:
- A passion for the retail industry
- Experience in front-facing customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
