AFL COMMISSION chairman Richard Goyder and football operations manager Steve Hocking will front a media conference at 1pm AEDT to update fans on the Commission's latest discussions.

There has been increasing debate about the future of the bounce, after umpires raised concerns about the physical toll the technique takes on their bodies.

The AFL Commission is meeting on Tuesday at League headquarters in Melbourne.
