SYDNEY forward Gary Rohan will make an emotional return to footy against Adelaide later tonight with both teams to go in unchanged for their clash at the SCG.

Rohan missed the Swans' thrilling win over the Western Bulldogs last week due to his family tragedy, but the speedy forward returned to the club on Monday and has trained with his teammates all week.

Defender Harry Marsh will play his first game of the year after being rewarded for his excellent NEAFL form and will have a big job to do on one of the Crows' tall forward options.

The visitors are without Rory Sloane (foot), Eddie Betts (hamstring) and David Mackay (concussion) for the round five encounter, but the positive news is that Myles Poholke, Adelaide's pick 44 at the 2016 NAB AFL Draft, will make his debut.

Crows captain Taylor Walker is sure to make his presence felt early after copping plenty of criticism after last week's poor showing against Collingwood, with Sydney star Dane Rampe his likely opponent.
