GEELONG has made its 10th late change of the season ahead of Saturday night's clash against Carlton, with star defender Harry Taylor reinjuring the plantar fascia in his left foot.
The dual All Australian left the track early in Thursday's main session, hobbling alongside club doctor Drew Slimmon.
Taylor played two matches after returning from the foot injury, suffered in round one against Melbourne, that sidelined him for six weeks.
Emergencies Aaron Black and George Horlin-Smith were left out of Saturday's VFL match against Williamstown.
As a precaution before an AFL match, Geelong usually holds over one player.
Black, who has been playing as a key defender this season, looms as the likely inclusion should Taylor not be passed fit.
The 27-year-old former North Melbourne forward has played four games for Geelong.
