THE BROWN brothers have re-signed at Collingwood with Callum and Tyler both committing to the club until the end of 2020.

Callum Brown had been due to come out of contract this year while his younger sibling's deal would have expired next season.

Their father Gavin was a star in the Magpies' 1990 premiership side and captained the club from 1994-98.

"When I got told the club wanted to sign me up for another two years, I was pretty happy," Callum Brown told collingwoodfc.com.au

"Not much thought went into my mind except signing.

"I grew up barracking for the club. I've only seen one team and I love that."

He has played 11 games in his career since being drafted at No.35 in 2016 as a father-son selection.

Tyler Brown is yet to debut since being picked up at No.50 in the NAB AFL Draft last year.

"Coming from the TAC Cup, it's been a massive step up," Tyler said.

"There was a lot of hard work involved but it's been good.

"Everyone at the club has been really good. Everyone has been really welcoming, from the leadership group to the boys who have only been here one or two years."
