In his own words What type of player are you? A hard-running midfielder who can play both inside and outside. I am able to be used as a half-back and a half-forward flank, running through the lines off the backline or taking marks up forward and kicking goals.
Which AFL player do you feel you resemble and why? Either Jimmy Bartel or Ben Cousins with Ben's ability to run hard and keep composure with the football and Jimmy's ability to take marks.
What are your strengths as a footballer? My hard running ability and my composure when I have the football.
What parts of your game would you like to improve? Kicking in general play and the ability to take strong contested marks.
Which AFL team do you support and how did you come to barrack for them? I follow Carlton. This is because when I moved to Melbourne to go to school in year 11, I decided to support a Melbourne-based team and they were my favourite team.
Who has been the biggest influence on your career so far and why? My father has been my biggest influence on my football career so far. He used to play in the SANFL and I've always wanted to play at that level like he did or hopefully higher.
