In his own words What type of player are you? A slight winger/half back flanker who runs and carries the ball and delivers effectively into the forward line. Fairly versatile who can stick to a job given by the coach.
Which AFL player do you feel you resemble, and why? Andrew Mackie. He is an attacking backman who can play a number of roles. He sets up play and is very good at carrying the ball and delivering it. He is a bit taller than me though.
What are your strengths as a footballer? Endurance, speed, kicking efficiency, coachability, decision making and zoning off.
What parts of your game would you like to improve? Strength - one on one and tackling. Contested marking and stoppage positioning.
Which AFL team do you support and how did you come to barrack for them? St Kilda. My whole family supports the Saints so I’ve followed them since I was a kid. I didn’t have much choice.
Who has been the biggest influence on your career so far, and why? Dad. He has always helped me improve and get the best out of myself. He always made sure I look after my body and is always there to talk to me about how I went in my game.
