Bio: Versatile midfielder/forward who is very capable overhead. Wins his own footy consistently and makes good decisions. Vic Metro representative in 2009. Topped the running vertical jump with 85cm at Draft Camp. 2.97secs for 20m and 14.1 beep test all very impressive performances. Averaged 20 disposals at 74 per cent efficiency for the Ranges this year.

In his own words
What type of player are you?
I am a versatile player. I have played in most positions, which offers me the experience in different situations. I consider myself a playmaker who likes to get the ball and create opportunities for others.

Which AFL player do you feel you resemble, and why?
Ryan O’Keefe. He is a creative player who gets a lot of disposals and sets up a lot of forward movement. He also has the ability to play anywhere on the ground.

What are your strengths as a footballer?
My strengths are my marking, versatility and endurance. I believe these three aspects are my best assets as a footballer.

What parts of your game would you like to improve?
My kicking technique and using my speed. I believe I need to develop my kicking technique and also I don’t use the speed that I have during a game.

Which AFL team do you support and how did you come to barrack for them?
I support Melbourne and Richmond. I have barracked for Melbourne all my life as my parents supported them. I’m interested in Richmond because my brother Kelvin plays there.

Who has been the biggest influence on your career so far, and why?
My father and brother. Dad watches all my games and gives me feedback. I have been lucky enough to watch my brother’s career so far and can learn off his experiences.
