WEST Coast youngster Jake Waterman has taken over retired ex-teammate Mark LeCras' No.2 guernsey, instead of his father's former jumper.

Dual premiership player Chris Waterman wore No.39 for 154 games in the 1990s and the number became available after Malcolm Karpany was delisted recently.

But Next Generation Academy product Jarrod Cameron is the new owner of that guernsey. 

Waterman, who shapes as LeCras' likely replacement in the Eagles' forward line after showing promise with 13 goals in 16 games this year, has swapped his No.45 for the 441-goal club great's jumper.

Ex-St Kilda ruckman Tom Hickey has been given 2014 club champion Eric Mackenzie's old No.16 guernsey.
