Frankston midfielder Tom Blamires joins State of Play.
The young ball magnet was outstanding in the Dolphins' big win over Collingwood in front of a soldout Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night, which propelled his team into fifth spot on the ladder with three rounds to play.
Blamires joins Joe Pignataro and Gemma Bastiani to discuss everything from Frankston's 2025 campaign, his reasons for crossing to the club from Sandringham in the off-season and handling the big occasion on Saturday night...against a club he works for during the week.
During this week's episode of State of Play, Joe and Gemma also discuss:
- Tobyn Murray becoming a Geelong hero with a winning goal after the final siren
- Zac Foot keeping the Sharks on the right foot
- Frankston's charge towards September
- A preview of the final round of the rebel VFLW season
- Games to watch in Round 19 of the Smithy's VFL
