MATT Rowell has helped Gold Coast end its losing streak and deal a blow to Greater Western Sydney's wildcard chances with a thrilling two-point win on Sunday.
After 10 consecutive losses, the Suns bounced back to winning ways with an 11.13 (79) to 11.11 (77) victory at a wet Manuka Oval.

Rowell (40 disposals, 17 clearances and 16 tackles) was enormous to lift Gold Coast to its first win since May.
The Giants were down two players on the bench for most of the game after Jayden Laverde (ribs) and Toby Bedford (back) suffered injuries.
