WEST Coast will be without skipper Liam Duggan, Port Adelaide has suffered another midfield blow with Willem Drew to miss, and Sydney has confirmed the replacements for its five banned players. 

Eagles captain Duggan has been managed for his side's final-round clash with Hawthorn at Optus Stadium on Sunday evening, with Bo Allan added to the side. The Hawks will be without injured forward Jack Ginnivan, who has been replaced by Jack Dalton.

Drew joins fellow Power midfielders Connor Rozee, Zak Butters and Jason Horne-Francis on the sidelines for the clash with Essendon. Horne-Francis goes out of last week's side, along with Aliir Aliir who sustained a concussion in the loss to Melbourne. Darcy Byrne-Jones, Will Brodie and Christian Moraes come into the side against the unchanged Bombers. 

And Sydney has added James Rowbottom, Harry Cunningham, Angus Sheldrick, Caiden Cleary and Tom Hanily to face North Melbourne in the historic double-header with the AFLW sides at the SCG. 

Those five come in for Isaac Heeney, Chad Warner, Nick Blakey, James Jordon and Riley Bice, who have been suspended for the rest of the season for breaching club standards after their involvement in an incident at a Melbourne hotel on Monday morning. 

North Melbourne regains veteran defender Luke McDonald and ruck Josh Goater in place of injured star Harry Sheezel and Tom Blamires (omitted).
