The teams for the VFLW elimination finals have been confirmed.

Carlton has included Gab Pound for its clash with Port Melbourne in the second elimination final, along with Grace Matser for the first time since Round 3.

The Blues have made five changes in total, which includes Tara Bohanna and Brooke Boileau being recalled to the AFLW team.

Carlton will take six AFLW-listed players into the clash, meanwhile Port Melbourne will be boosted by the return of Olivia Barton.

The Western Bulldogs have received a big boost against Collingwood in the first elimination final, with Lauren Ahrens and Erica Fowler both included.

The Magpies have made four changes, which includes the return of 2025 VFLW State Team representative Abbey McDonald.

Collingwood will take three AFLW-listed players into the game, while the Bulldogs have named six.
