This year will see an expanded broadcast arrangement, with VFL games to be broadcast on Kayo Sports, ABC, the Seven Network and SEN, as well as on AFL.com.au and via the AFL Live App throughout the season.

It's preliminary final weekend in the VFL, with Box Hill hosting Essendon on Saturday and Geelong taking on Port Melbourne on Sunday for a spot in the Grand Final.

This will be the Hawks' third preliminary final appearance in four years, and a win would see them advance to the Grand Final for the first time since winning the 2018 premiership. Essendon is in the prelim for the first time since 2019 and have never played in a VFA/VFL Grand Final.

The Cats finished the home and away season on top of the ladder for the first time since 2013, which was the last year they played in the VFL Grand Final, while Port Melbourne is in the penultimate weekend for the first time in seven years.

In the VFLW preliminary finals, two-time reigning premier North Melbourne Werribee will take on Collingwood, while Williamstown hosts Port Melbourne, with both games on Saturday.
