FORMER Coleman Medal winner Jesse Hogan has chosen Collingwood as his next club.

Hogan, 31, was not offered a contract by Greater Western Sydney for 2027 after six seasons with the Giants.

The Magpies and Giants confirmed on Thursday that the 2024 Coleman medallist and All-Australian wanted to continue his career at Collingwood.

In a short post on X, the Giants said: "Jesse Hogan has chosen Collingwood as the club to continue his AFL career with.

"Jesse has made a wonderful contribution to the Giants over the past six years – we'll work with the Pies to facilitate a trade."

Former Melbourne and Fremantle forward Hogan struggled with injuries this year, playing just nine games and kicking 12 goals.
