SWEDEN has been has been crowned Division 2 champions after defeating China in today’s final round of matches.

The Elks sprinted out of the blocks and were never headed, winning their third game of the tournament 10.14 (74) to 4.2 (26)

The margin was just enough to keep the Swedes above Japan on the Division 2 ladder after the Samurai outclassed Finland in this morning’s other Division 2 match.

Japan was dominant against the Finns but their inaccurate kicking ultimately saw them finish second on the table.
