FOR the second time this season it's good to be a forward named Tom Lynch, with the Gold Coast goalkicker and his Adelaide namesake named in the AFL's Team of the Week for round 20, brought to you by Accor Hotels.

The big Sun was outstanding in his side's losing effort against Greater Western Sydney at Metricon Stadium, while the Crow took full advantage of his team's massive win over the Brisbane Lions at Adelaide Oval.

It was a good round for the forwards with West Coast big man Josh Kennedy storming to the top of the Coleman Medal tally, St Kilda's Tim Membrey brilliant against Carlton, and little men Isaac Heeney from the Sydney Swans and Hawk Cyril Rioli stand outs.

The Crows, the Swans and Melbourne lead the way with three selections each this week, with Lynch joined by Rory Laird and Brad Crouch, Luke Parker and Dan Hannebery picked in the 18 alongside Heeney, and star Demons Max Gawn, Dom Tyson and Jack Viney named after a huge upset win over Hawthorn.

RORY LAIRD (Adelaide) – Racked up another 36 disposals in the Crows' rout of the Lions, and given the visitors only managed 29 inside 50s, Laird spent plenty of time on the attack.

ALEX RANCE (Richmond) – Another huge game from the All Australian, who picked up 26 possessions against Collingwood, and had nine rebound 50s for the winners.

KADE SIMPSON (Carl) – Fought a losing battle against St Kilda but worked tirelessly to finish with a game-high 39 disposals and six rebound 50s.

COREY ENRIGHT (Geelong) – At his best in the first half with 25 touches against Essendon, the veteran faded after the main break but was still a class above the Bombers.

STEVEN MAY (Gold Coast) – The powerful forward continued his outstanding form with 14 marks against the Giants, gathering 27 possessions at almost 89 per cent efficiency.

JASON JOHANNISEN (Western Bulldogs) – The speedster was electric against North Melbourne with 22 possessions, eight inside 50s and also kicked a vital goal for the Dogs.

DAN HANNEBERY (Sydney Swans) – Shook off the tag of Port's Brad Ebert to pick up 36 touches, drove the ball inside 50 eight times and booted a goal of his own.

DOM TYSON (Melbourne) – A major factor in the Demons' upset win over the Hawks with 30 touches at 73 per cent efficiency through the midfield, and two goals.

TOM SCULLY (Greater Western Sydney) – At his hard-running best with 27 touches against the Suns, and added eight tackles and seven clearances in the important win.

TOM LYNCH (Adelaide) – Continued to stake his claim as the best mobile forward in the game with 15 marks and four goals against the Lions from 20 touches.

TOM LYNCH (Gold Coast) – The young star was too good for GWS co-captain Phil Davis and took nine marks, four of them contested, and booted four goals.

ISAAC HEENEY (Sydney Swans) – A supreme performance in the air with four contested marks, the most of any player on the ground, 25 possessions and two goals.

CYRIL RIOLI (Hawthorn) – A vintage Rioli game with four goals from 15 touches against the Dees, and added 12 tackles to keep the home side under pressure all afternoon.

JOSH KENNEDY (West Coast) – Tore the Dockers apart with a seven-goal haul opposed to youngster Sam Collins, and took six of his eight marks inside 50.

TIM MEMBREY (St Kilda) – Dragged in six marks inside 50 and booted his fourth five-goal haul of the season against Carlton, taking his tally to 39.

MAX GAWN (Melbourne) – Dominated his ruck battle with Hawks Ben McEvoy and Jonathon Ceglar with 41 hit-outs, took eight contested marks, and added 16 touches, five tackles and a goal. 

LUKE PARKER (Sydney Swans) – The tough onballer was in his element in ordinary conditions against Port, and finished with 39 possessions, 22 of them contested, and 11 clearances. 

STEPHEN CONIGLIO (Greater Western Sydney) – Enhanced his All Australian credentials with a game-high 33 possessions, 15 of those contested, five clearances and four tackles against Gold Coast.

JACK VINEY (Melbourne) – Relished the contest against the Hawks and was fantastic through the midfield with 39 disposals, eight tackles and seven clearances. 

BRAD CROUCH (Adelaide) – The young Crow gathered 34 touches, 16 of those contested, at 82 per cent efficiency, and also added nine clearances, six tackles and a goal.

DUSTIN MARTIN (Richmond) – One of a host of Tigers to respond to last week's shocker against the Giants, Martin gathered 34 possessions, had seven clearances and booted a goal. 

MARCUS BONTEMPELLI (Western Bulldogs) – Unfazed by North's physical approach, the young star laid nine tackles and kicked a goal from 19 possessions to help the Dogs to a crucial win.
