MEMBERS of Collingwood's 2010 premiership side headlined by Dane Swan and current skipper Scott Pendlebury have gathered for annual flag reunion in Melbourne.

Premiership skipper Nick Maxwell organised the gathering.

"We always do this once a year," he told News Corp.

"A lot of our boys went their separate ways and the team sort of broke up pretty quickly (in the years after the win), but it is always great to see them back together again."

The lunchtime catch-up took place at an Armadale restaurant on Saturday.

About three quarters of the premiership group was there, along with coach Mick Malthouse and president Eddie McGuire.

The celebration marked a return to the Collingwood fold for recently retired forward and new dad Travis Cloke.

Cloke retired after just one season at the Western Bulldogs where he battled form and mental health issues.

The Pies claimed the 2010 flag in a replay against St Kilda after the first contest was drawn.
