Jordan Lewis, Melbourne, has been charged with a second offence of misconduct for misconduct against Steele Sidebottom, Collingwood, during the second quarter of the Round 12 match between Melbourne and Collingwood, played at the MCG on Monday June 11, 2018. 

In summary, he can accept a $2000 sanction with an early plea.
