BAILEY Smith has ticked off plenty of achievements this year.

The Sandringham Dragons midfielder has starred at TAC Cup level, dominated for his school and was named an All Australian for his efforts at the NAB AFL Under-18 Championships.

He has leapt up the draft board to be one of the leading two midfielders in the 2018 crop and looks set to be a top-10 pick in November. But he isn't satisfied.

Smith joins this week's episode of the Road to the Draft podcast to chat about his season, his current heel injury, what he's learned from close friend Jack Higgins and what his aims are for next year.
