ADELAIDE and Port Adelaide will give their youngsters a chance to impress when they face off in an under-23s trial game at Thebarton Oval on February 23.

The match is a week before the two South Australian sides go head-to-head in the JLT Community Series at Port Pirie on March 2.

WHO MAKES FINALS? Do the 2019 Ladder Predictor

It will be the first chance for Power supporters to see prized recruit Ryan Burton in his new colours after the Hawthorn defender joined the club during last year's trade period.

The Power could also unveil No.5 overall draft pick Connor Rozee, who has been turning heads during pre-season training, along with fellow top-20 selections Zak Butters (No.12 overall) and Xavier Duursma (No.18).

Big-bodied midfielder Sam Powell-Pepper will be unavailable after he was selected for Eddie Betts' Deadly side for the AFLX tournament at Marvel Stadium on Friday, February 22.

FULL FIXTURE Every round, every game

The Crows have plenty of exciting young talent of their own, including highly rated duo Chayce Jones and Ned McHenry, while former Richmond small forward Tyson Stengle and SANFL recruit Shane McAdam could run out in the tri-colours for the first time.

They could run out alongside the likes of emerging star Wayne Milera, defender Tom Doedee and second-year forward Darcy Fogarty.

The game will start at 11am.
