MELBOURNE will head to the Tribunal on Tuesday night as it attempts to overturn Steven May's one-match suspension for round one.
May was charged with engaging in rough conduct against Brisbane's Jarrod Berry during the Demons' JLT Series loss on Saturday.

Match Review Officer Michael Christian graded the bump as careless conduct with medium impact to the head.
It is understood the Demons will argue to downgrade the impact of the bump in a bid to reduce the sanction to a reprimand.

Should May's challenge fail to be overturned, he will miss the Demons' season-opener against Port Adelaide on March 23.
The Demons would then be left to use Oscar McDonald and Sam Frost to contend with Power talls Scott Lycett, Paddy Ryder, Justin Westhoff and Todd Marshall.
Docker Brandon Matera will miss the round one clash against North Melbourne after accepting a one-match ban for striking Eagle Jake Waterman.
Marshall, Aaron vandenBerg, Clayton Oliver, Liam Shiels and Dean Kent all accepted fines.
