COLLINGWOOD coach Nathan Buckley says the Pies are yet to fully harness the positivity that flowed through the club towards the end of 2018.
Speaking on new podcast In the Game with Damian Barrett, Buckley describes Collingwood as a "good place to be" with a simple vision of what it wanted to achieve.
"We're still yet to maximise the mentality and the attitude of last year," he says.
"There's a lot of growth and positivity around that.
"There's still some exploration that we can do internally to find our best."
