UNRESTRICTED free agent Adam Tomlinson has declared his love for living in Sydney, but says he hasn't put much consideration into his football future.

Tomlinson, 25, is due to come out of contract at the end of the year, but the hard-running Greater Western Sydney wingman knows he is down the pecking order in his club's list of priorities.

"We've got to get through the big fish in Josh Kelly and Steve Coniglio first and then we'll worry about me, but I haven't put too much thought into it yet," Tomlinson told AFL.com.au on Friday.

Tomlinson has been with GWS from the start, after being drafted at No.9 in 2011.

Judging by his comments, the versatile Victorian is ensconced in New South Wales.

"I love being in Sydney. It's a great place to play footy and it's a perfect place to live," Tomlinson said.

"We all enjoy it. I've been there since the start with a lot of the other boys and that's where I'm at."

In the early stages of the 2019 season, Tomlinson is averaging career-highs in disposals (19.3), contested possessions (8.7), inside 50s (4.3), hit-outs (3.7), clearances (three) and goal assists (0.7).
