The AFL advises the Match Review of last night's Qualifying Final match between the Geelong Cats and Collingwood at the MCG has been completed. The following charge has been laid. 

Charge Laid:

Brodie Grundy, Collingwood, has been charged with Striking Patrick Dangerfield, Geelong Cats, during the first quarter of the Qualifying Final between the Geelong Cats and Collingwood, played at the MCG on Friday September 6.

In summary he can accept a $2000 sanction with an early plea.
