The Coburg Football Club, competing in the Victorian Football League is looking for an Assistant Coach for the 2020 VFL Season.

Some responsibilities of the role include:

• Assist the senior coach with respective line coaching.
• Contribute to planning of training sessions.
• Assist the senior coach with analysing vision from games to provide players with feedback.
• Conducting specific line meetings to educate, prepare and review performance.
• Provide feedback to team selection committee

Reporting to the VFL Senior Coach & General Manager, this is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in an elite football program, within a fun and supportive environment.

To be successful you will require:

• Appropriate football coaching accreditation (level 1 minimum)
• Football coaching experience
• Be available for training sessions (3 nights per week) and all match days.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to coach and develop players to play VFL.
