The Gold Coast SUNS are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate Consumer Operations Coordinator to join our club.

Reporting to the Consumer Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for the operational elements associated with daily tickets; the day to day membership operations; and delivery of an exceptional level of customer service to all members, fans and ticket purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate fulfillment of membership deliverables with external fulfillment company (TPF) including ticketing and merchandise and fulfilment of daily ticket requests
  • Champion excellence in data quality and integrity and work with all internal departments to provide industry best practice
  • Deliver on operational elements of data strategy including data acquisition and entry
  • Coordinate seasonal reserved seat process maximizing membership inventory available
  • Coordinate the annual members survey process including survey development, analysis and reporting in conjunction with a nominated third party
  • Oversee Consumer Sales and Operations department financial reconciliation processes
  • Produce regular membership and ticketing sales reports to assist with marketing and delivery of renewal, acquisition and sales campaigns
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all ticket members and fans
  • Support all Consumer Sales campaigns to extend fan relationships
  • Act as the key point of contact for Membership Shared Services for data & report requests

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous ticketing and/or membership experience in a sport setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills including a commitment to open & honest communication
  • A high level of administrative, written & verbal communications & presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational, time management & prioritisation skills
  • Experience in using databases
  • Driven to provide an outstanding & comprehensive customer service to all GC Suns staff, clients, members, fans & guests
  • A degree or diploma in Business/Administration/Marketing (or similar) is well regarded
  • Resourceful with the ability to think on your feet and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work within a 24/7 environment.
  • Team player who will contribute to the Club goals & sound knowledge of AFL is desirable
