Taylor was the highest-scoring defender of the round with 24.2 points. From 50 one-on-one contests this season, he has 19 intercepts and just five losses. He ranks sixth for total points in the past four rounds. 

The high-leaping Demon was the highest-scoring small-medium defender in the competition with 18.8 points. He had 20 disposals at 90 per cent efficiency, two intercept marks and nine intercepts in the loss to Hawthorn. 




Fyfe's effort in the narrow loss to Geelong has moved him up to 10th on the ratings table. It is the first time he has cracked the top 10. He ranks third behind Gary Ablett and Scott Pendlebury for average points per game this season.




The veteran Roo had 28 disposals at 86 per cent efficiency in his team's big win over Greater Western Sydney in Canberra. Harvey also kicked two goals and gave three score assists. He ranks fourth for total points this season and has overtaken Dogs skipper Ryan Griffen and jumped back into the top five.


Stringer kicked four goals and was involved in 11 scoring chains, which equated to a career-best 24.5 points. He ranks fourth for total points scored this season by players eligible for the NAB Rising Star award.


Walker kicked six goals and had two score assists against the Brisbane Lions, which equated to 28.1 points – the second-most of the round and a career best. He sits 287th overall because he has only played 22 games in the past two years.



The veteran big man was the second-highest scoring ruckman of the round. He kicked a goal, had two score assists, seven hit-outs to advantage and 13 contested possessions in the Eagles' big win over Collingwood, which equated to 19.3 points.

Aish was the highest-scoring first-year player on the weekend, despite playing in a 100-point loss. He had 17 disposals at 82 per cent efficiency, eight contested possessions and 19 pressure acts. He ranks second for points scored this season by first-year players.
