MATT Duffy will leave Carlton and return to Ireland this week.
Duffy, 22, joined the Blues as a category B rookie at the end of 2023 and played 27 VFL games.

He is returning to Ireland to be closer to family after three years away.
"Matt came to us having never played Australian Rules Football and worked hard to get the best out of himself every day," Carlton general manager of football Chris Davies said.
"He showed a strong drive to learn and develop, and brought good energy to the playing group."
"The club wishes Matt all the best as he returns home to Ireland."
