HAWTHORN has delisted five players after its season came to a close, confirming James Blanck, Henry Hustwaite, Bodie Ryan, Cody Anderson and Jaime Uhr-Henry will not be offered contracts for the 2027 season.
The quintet depart following a season in which competition for spots intensified across Sam Mitchell's emerging list.

Blanck arrived at Waverley Park with pick No.16 in the 2022 Mid-Season Draft after impressing at Box Hill, quickly earning senior opportunities as a key defender before going on to play 24 AFL games in the brown and gold.
As revealed by Josh Gabelich earlier on Thursday, Hustwaite was also not offered a new deal by the Hawks.
Selected with pick No.37 in the 2022 Telstra AFL Draft, he was viewed as a developing inside midfielder with clean hands and strong stoppage craft, managing 11 senior appearances across four seasons.
Ryan played five games after being drafted in 2023, with the medium defender showing promise at stages through his intercept marking and composure across half-back.
Anderson spent two seasons developing at Box Hill after being added as a rookie, while Uhr-Henry was also unable to force his way into the senior side.
Hawthorn list manager Mark McKenzie thanked the five players for their contribution to the club.
"While these decisions are always difficult, all five players showed maturity throughout the process," he said.
"They were all much-loved teammates and we wish them well in their future endeavours."
