RICHMOND superstar Monique Conti has taken out the AFLPA most valuable player award for season seven of the NAB AFLW competition.
The 22-year-old won ahead of North Melbourne dynamo Jasmine Garner, with Western Bulldogs' match-winner Ellie Blackburn in third.

Conti had an outstanding season for the Tigers, averaging 21.1 disposals, 6.1 tackles and kicking nine goals, finishing second in the AFLW best and fairest count behind Ally Anderson.
Adelaide leader Chelsea Randall has reclaimed her Most Courageous title from Dogs midfielder Kirsty Lamb, marking her fifth win of the award.
Randall also took out Best Captain from Melbourne skipper Daisy Pearce.
Star Richmond recruit Eilish Sheerin capped off a stellar All-Australian debut season at 30, named Best First Year Player, ahead of Hawthorn's Jasmine Fleming and Port Adelaide's Abbey Dowrick.
Young Sydney key Lexi Hamilton was awarded the Education and Training Excellence award.
The MVP, first-year player and most courageous voting is a two-stage process, with three players from each side put forward by their teammates.
The second round is a 3-2-1 vote, with players then unable to vote for their own teammates.
