AFTER 575 days on the sidelines battling ongoing concussion symptoms, Kirsten McLeod will return to AFLW football.
McLeod last played in round nine, 2021, and will take to the field on Saturday when the Dogs face West Coast.
Ebony Antonio will play her first game of the year, with her availability a massive boost for injury-depleted Fremantle.
The Hawks have made four changes, with Tegan Cunningham returning from a foot injury, while Mackenzie Eardley will miss Saturday’s clash against Brisbane through injury. Janet Baird will play her first game in Hawks colours, with Zoe Barbakos and Dom Carbone also coming into the side.Bridie Hipwell and Emily Everist will miss due to personal reasons, while Sophie Locke has been omitted.
