With both sides undefeated, this match should be a cracker. There is plenty of interest in the ruck duels, as both clubs have played three ruckmen in each of their matches this season. Hamish McIntosh, Dawson Simpson and Mark Blicavs have all been important contributors for the Cats, while Dean Cox, Nic Naitanui and Callum Sinclair have shone for the Eagles. Both sides also have key forwards in good form. Tom Hawkins was a match-winner for Geelong against Collingwood last weekend, while Josh Kennedy has been a consistent threat during the first three rounds.

THE SIX POINTS
1. Although it's two wins each since 2011, the Cats have dominated the Eagles since 2007, winning eight of 10 contests, including two wins by more than 90 points.

2. Not in West Coast’s favour is its recent record at Simonds Stadium. The Eagles have won at the venue only once since 2000. That was in round 10, 2006.

3. Geelong is ranked second this season for inside-50s, averaging 57 per game. West Coast is equal sixth with 52 per game.

4. The Eagles are equal second for contested marks, with 10.7 per game, while the Cats are equal eighth with nine per game.

5. West Coast remains strong in the ruck, averaging 53 hit-outs per game, while Geelong is seventh, with 43.7 per game.

6. The Cats' top player in the Official AFL Player Ratings, brought to you by Gatorade, is their skipper, Joel Selwood, who is in third place. The highest-rated Eagles player is ruckman Nic Naitanui, who is 19th on the ratings table.

Prediction: Geelong by 32 points
