MATT Priddis might have been a surprise Brownlow Medal winner last year, but there's no sign of the blonde Eagle lowering his standards in 2015.

Priddis is challenging Swan Josh Kennedy as the AFL's clearance king. With another five-clearance game against Port Adelaide on Sunday, he will move within six games of Kennedy's record 28-game clearance streak through the 2012-2013 seasons.

Kennedy himself is already eight games into another streak in the same category, so it remains to be seen if he can break his own record by the end of the year.

Friday night's MCG clash between Collingwood and Geelong may test a streak in play regarding the two clubs' drawing power.

It's been 16 games since the two clubs played in front of less than 50,000 - the AFL's equal-third longest streak, well behind perennial drawcard Collingwood v Essendon.

However, while the Magpies are flying this year, a crowd of over 50,000 against the struggling Cats is no certainty with rain forecast.

Check out who else is challenging history this weekend.
