Have you ever wanted to ask JK a question?

Here’s your chance!

Send an email to Josh at: askjk@westcoasteagles.com.au and he will reply to the five best questions every week.

Maybe you’ve always wanted to know what an AFL footballer eats for breakfast, or what JK gets up to on his day off.

The only way to find out is by emailing Josh now!

Here are Josh's answers to this week's top questions:

Josh, every club has its practical jokers. Who are the practical jokers at the West Coast Eagles and are you able to share some of the examples of the antics these team mates get up to? Thx, Tony

Hey Tony,
Mark LeCras loves playing jokes. He's like that real naughty kid at school that does stuff just to get attention!!  A lot of the time it's just picking on Ashton Hams. Around the club, it's just little pranks here and there. One time I had a boot full of carpet jammed packed into my car! I didn't realise for about three weeks until one day I was down the beach with Lecca I opened to get something out, found it all jammed packed in. It smelt disgusting, so bad, because it was a bit wet when they put it in. Lecca sat there laughing but denying it was him, had me convinced it was someone else. He told me about a month later that it was him!

Hey Josh, first of all you are my favourite player! Do you have any personal goals/ambitions for season 2011 that you would like to achieve? Cheers, Rick

Rick,
Thanks for the support mate. I'm just looking to play some consistent footy over the whole year! Slipped a bit over the last half of last year, so looking at keeping that consistency up, getting my shots on goal and making the most of my opportunities. Hopefully with playing my role for the team each week as well as others we can assist the team towards pushing for finals!

Hey Josh,
My question is: which AFL team did you grow up barracking for? If not West Coast, how does playing for a different club change your perception of the team your grew up supporting? Do you still have a vested interest in their progress or do you learn to cut those associations pretty quickly? If it was West Coast you grew up barracking for, how did that change during your time at Carlton?
Thanks, Samantha

G'day Samantha,
I was a Collingwood fan! My dad is Collingwood and my grandma lives and breathes Collingwood, so that's how I started supporting them. But once you start playing for another team your mindset changes, I think it's because once you receive that jumper, you commit to doing everything you can to be the best player you can be and helping the team achieve the success it desires.  You still remember the times barracking for them, but once you make that that commitment it's all business.

Heyy Josh, I just wanted to know what it was like to work with Naitanui, Tara

Hey Tara,
Yeah it's great, he's a good kid and a great bloke. He's exciting to watch and run around with out there just because he can turn nothing in to something! He does talk a lot of crap though, sometimes I don’t whether to believe him or not haha.

Hello Joshie, are you going to be our top scorer this year and where in the ladder you think we will end up?

That would be nice, but the main thing is to have us all kicking goals up there this year!! It's hard to get Lecca to work outside 50 and usually when you ask him to push up the ground he ignores you haha, but if he lets me into the forward 50 hopefully I'll sneak a few in this year!
