The AFL wishes to advise the Tribunal will sit tonight at 5pm, Tuesday March 15, to hear the charge laid against Jeremy Cameron by the Match Review Panel from week four of the 2016 NAB Challenge. All other sanctions offered from the weekend’s matches have been accepted with details below:

AFL Tribunal, Tuesday March 15, 5pm:

Jeremy Cameron, GWS Giants, has been charged with engaging in rough conduct against Rhys Mathieson, Brisbane Lions, during the third quarter of the Round Four NAB Challenge match between the GWS Giants and the Brisbane Lions, played at Metricon Stadium on Sunday March 13, 2016.

Based on the available video evidence and a medical report from the Brisbane Lions Football Club, the incident was assessed as careless conduct with severe impact to the head. The incident was classified as a direct referral to the Tribunal.

Sanctions Accepted:

Dustin Martin, Richmond, has accepted a $1000 sanction for wrestling Jarman Impey, Port Adelaide, during the third quarter of the Round Four NAB Challenge match between Richmond and Port Adelaide, played at Etihad Stadium on Thursday March 10, 2016.

Jarman Impey, Port Adelaide, has accepted a $1000 sanction for wrestling Dustin Martin, Richmond, during the third quarter of the Round Four NAB Challenge match between Port Adelaide and Richmond, played at Etihad Stadium on Thursday March 10, 2016.

Dale Thomas, Carlton, has accepted a one-match sanction for striking Jeremy Laidler, Sydney Swans, during the first quarter of the Round Four NAB Challenge match between Carlton and the Sydney Swans, played at Etihad Stadium on Friday March 11, 2016.

Andrew Walker, Carlton, has accepted a $1000 sanction for wrestling Jeremy Laidler, Sydney Swans, during the first quarter of the Round Four NAB Challenge match between Carlton and the Sydney Swans, played at Etihad Stadium on Friday March 11, 2016.

Nakia Cockatoo, Geelong Cats, has accepted a two-match sanction for engaging in rough conduct against Michael Johnson, Fremantle, during the fourth quarter of the Round Four NAB Challenge match between the Geelong Cats and Fremantle, played at Domain Stadium on Saturday March 12, 2016.

Blake Hardwick, Hawthorn, has accepted a $1000 sanction for striking Todd Goldstein, North Melbourne, during the fourth quarter of the Round Four NAB Challenge match between Hawthorn and North Melbourne, played at Etihad Stadium on Saturday March 12, 2016.

Dayne Zorko, Brisbane Lions, has accepted a one-match sanction for striking Phil Davis, GWS Giants, during the third quarter of the Round Four NAB Challenge match between the Brisbane Lions and the GWS Giants, played at Metricon Stadium on Sunday March 13, 2016.

Cameron Pedersen, Melbourne, has accepted a $1000 sanction for engaging in rough conduct against Nathan Wright, St Kilda, during the fourth quarter of the Round Four NAB Challenge match between Melbourne and St Kilda, played at Etihad Stadium on Sunday March 13, 2016.
